In March 2018, Debont won the bid for 106 intelligent precision zero-till seeders,purchased by the Straw-free cultivation project of the Agriculture and Forestry Bureau of Daowai District,Harbin".

In the late April, Debont independently developed intelligent precision zero-till seeder using the "farm machine intelligent monitoring system"with a data monitor and“agricultural steward APP management platform". They were installed and delivered to users for spring seeding operations one after another. Debont technicians and after-sales service team provided full technical guidance and after-sales service for all products and was highly praised by the local customers,as well as the government's agricultural machinery authorities.                      

Debont used the Internet of Things and the BeiDou satellite navigation system to develop a multi-source remote information acquisition system and established a seed cloud service management platform. It could achieve the function of multi-source data integration and information decision-making and feedback for seeding operations.         

Through the installation of a “intelligent monitoring system” and the combination of field conditions, soil moisture content and fertilizer application amount in the field can be monitored, and the parameters such as seeding amount and fertilizer amount can also be precisely controlled so as to avoid missing seeding. At the same time, by adopting the “farm-end remote monitoring platform for mobile phone management by agricultural machinery steward app”, the operation of the seeder can be viewed remotely in real-time, and the states and effect of the sowing operation can be effectively followed up which could fully meet the requirements of the government management department or large-scale cooperatives.

Through the continuous improvement and improvement of product quality and intelligence, Debont has made breakthroughs in recent years for precision zero-till seeders through its high-end quality, stable performance, and considerate service. In the first half of the year, the Debont seeder already far exceeded supply limit, achieving a 500% increase.
