DEBONT provided its Zimbabwe staff, AMON MASHALITULINI, one opportunity to China for training from 7^thJuly to 27^th2018.

Mr. AMON travelled to Nan Jing, Shang Hai and Bei Jing for visiting and studying, after that, he went to DEBONT company during the period of training. Not only did appreciate the rapid development of China and modern science and technology agriculture, but also had a deeper understanding of the enterprise culture of DEBONT, which further strengthened the acceptance of foreign employees to the company.
