On August 23, 2018, Mr. Liu Hanwu, Chairman of Debont Corp. attended “African Agriculture Development Potential and Sino-Africa Agricultural Cooperation Advice Conference” sponsored by the College of Humanities and Development of China Agricultural University, China South-South Agricultural Cooperation College, and South-South Cooperation Agricultural Education Technology Innovation Alliance." The meeting also invited leaders and experts from the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Institute of International Affairs Policy, the Bill and the Melinda Gates Foundation. This meeting shared the contribution to the development of agriculture in Africa from Chinese Government and international organizations . Chairman Liu Hanwu introduced the successful experience of China aid  Agricultural Technology Demonstration Center in Zimbabwe to the participants and the news media, and made valuable suggestions on Chinese enterprises' investment in Africa.
