Strategic Cooperation Exchange Meeting Between SINOFERT and DEBONT

BEIJING-Ma Yue, Deputy General Manager of SINOFERT led a delegation which includes all leaders of department from SINOCHEM AGRICULTURE HOLDINGS to visit DEBONT Corp. Who are based in Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Beijing on September 6,And two parties held strategic cooperation talks.

SINOCHEM AGRICULTURE HOLDINGS is the core enterprise of SINOFERT Group's agricultural sector and a unified platform for the SINOFERT's agricultural services business. It now has business scope covering planting division, financial division, agricultural products division and China green food corporation.SINOCHEM AGRICULTURE HOLDINGS has carried out related business in the northeast, north, northwest, southwest and middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and will plan to selectively expand new areas and gradually establish branches in China's core agricultural production areas.

Debont Corp. is a system integrator specializing in modern agricultural production processes.The major operations include  agricultural machinery, irrigation machinery, dryer&silos, pasture machinery, internet of things,agricultural engineering, trade&investment. Debont has R&D and manufacture base in Jiamusi,Baodi,Tielin,Wuhu and Udine.

At the strategic cooperation exchange meeting, Debont made a report on the business plan, pasture equipment, irrigation machinery, agricultural machinery and smart agriculture. Afterwards, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on resources and development, cooperation projects and fields. Finally, the two sides signed the "Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation" and determined the strategic partnership.
