Director of the Irrigation Department of Ministry of Agriculture in Zimbabwe visited Debont

BEIJING-Dr. Zawe, Director of the Irrigation Department of Ministry of Agriculture in Zimbabwe, visited the headquarters of Debont, Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone of Beijing on September 11. Leaders of the Overseas Department reported to the Director on the achievements in recent years, and next strategic development plan.

Director Zawe said: Debont has been a good friend with me for years. You have done a lot of substantive work for the people in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe is often affected by severe drought, and food production is reduced. So that vigorous development of irrigation is an inevitable move.

It is believed that Debont will continue to benefit the African people and contribute to ease African food crisis.
